Nah it’s, unlike ER, damage stats don't have a clear breakpoint for "how much attack or crit do I need" or "is this good enough". The best advice is to keep grinding until you have a decent amount of substats on your pieces and then use the Optimizer (https://frzyc.github.io/genshin-optimizer/#/)
