Thundering Pulse comes with a High Base attack and a CD stat to begin with so building a proper crit ratio is MUCH easier

I was just focusing on the high base atk high substat since that's always a tradeoff (they increase one to lower the other)

she's still a good character at C0

If you want an on-field Pyro DPS without spending wishes though you can honestly just build Bennett as a DPS and use him with strong off-fielders

Albeit I will say dashing to cancel her CA is significantly more fun than jumping (in my opinion), I find jumping very tedious and dashing very fun. Just as something to consider
