the most important thing is how much you like/enjoy the character when it comes to pulling

They're not specifically for laptops but there are some that are generally better for laptops

Ayaka and Navia are both good but neither of them are some of the strongest/most flexible 5* characters either

Ayaka's strong teams are less accessible than good teams for Navia, both have reasonable non-gacha weapon options

Depends really. Highest damage output would be Tighnari, Fischl, Yae, Flex (Sucrose/Nahida/Kazuha)

I usually play Tighnari, Fischl, Yae, Nahida but my Nahida is C2

Sucrose is better in single target at C0 Nahida however Nahida does offer AoE coverage
