as for ER, you want enough to get your burst back. Either name the team or check out the energy recharge calculator sheet from the pins

as for crit stats, ideally you want as close to a 1 : 2 ratio as possible. (Twice as much cd as cr)

Take mine for example, 73.4 : 148:7 if you include the 12% cr from the catch

Fair, it just kinda feels weird that my only team I can really make with Nahida is Nilou bloom.
If I add her to Yae then I could die at the slightest rotation fail
I could make burgeon...ok I just don't want to make a burgeon team so maybe I'm just complaining too much
