genshin has different kinds of reactions, that have different damage scaling.
hyperbloom is "transformative", meaning it scales only off level and em. aggravate scales with em, dmg%, crit - so you wouldn't build full em.

There's four type of fishes with each type having about 4-5 fishes
In each fishing pool there's maximum of 5 visible fishes
In order to show the kind of fishes that you need you have to fish out the unwanted fishes first
Once there's no fish of the kind that you need visible or the fishing pool is under 5 fishes then the pool have reached it limit
