My issue with fischl and xinqiu is that their abilities have an insanely long cooldown to trigger reactions compared to Lisa or Barbara.

With fischl you can cycle between her skill and burst for good Oz uptime. With xingqiu you need to build a lot of energy recharge on him to get his Burst up often
