I can’t take it anymore. Im sick of Dehya. I try to play her as a DPS. My Diluc does more damage. I try to play her as an off-field DPS. My Xiangling does more damage. I try to play her as a tank. Her damage mitigation does nothing. I pull Beacon of the Reed Sea for her. She still can’t kill a hydro slime. I grab Bennet and force him to thrown himself at enemies. “She just needs his burst buff” I tell myself. She still can’t break four digits. I use Kazuha and Mona, and the last pyro swirl kills the slime. “Yes!” I tell myself, “Dehya IS good, everyone else is just playing her wrong!” I strut into the desert, ready to show off how strong I am. I spy an eremite guarding a chest. “Gloves off!” Dehya shouts as she attacks. The eremite laughs as I take away ¼ of his health. He lunges towards me and I jump out of the way, removing Dehya’s burst. The eremite grabs me by the throat. There is no hint of sadness in his eyes. “So this is the great Flame-Mane, huh? What a joke.” He tosses me to the side and summons his spirit. I swap to Mona as they attack, and Dehya dies off-field from her damage mitigation.
