generally for any dps, they will want an elemental goblet

so for hu tao, she'll want a pyro goblet isntead of attack

the amount of damage that you gain from elemental over atk is quite significant

so your typical dps build is
sands: whatever they scale on (def, hp, atk) or EM
goblet: their element
circlet: crit damage/rate depending on which one will let you get closest to a 1:2 crit rate:crit damage ratio
