the issue is that you are not funneling her hydro particles to her, though you were only one hydro particle short of maximum burst when you bursted the second time, It is not big of an issue. if you could wait a bit after the first E and burst before you switch to yaoyao, so you can funnel the single particle into her directly, you might be able to get her burst fully while she is off-field the rest of the rotation
