c1 gives 150, so you need to add 650 to cap everything

650 / 3.5 ~= 186 hp percentage change

that's like a single Jean or Charlotte burst at the start of your rotation.
Bennett or Kuki can probably do it, but you get the full buffs later into the rotation

if they give you something in return, it could easily be worth it
