the second electro isn't a support but an off-field dps. they're there solely for damage

this slot is usually fischl, with the on-field driver triggering electro reactions for her lvl60 ascension passive. this often ends up being the majority of the team's damage

the burst gives defensive utility via i-frames and a little healing

calculate your average crit damage. a fight consists of so many individual attacks, you'll get close to the average in the end.

Unless most of the damage comes from a single hit and it's the first half chamber. Then I guess you could reset until that hit crits

if you have 75% chance to deal +264% damage, that's 0.75 * 2.64 on average

0.75 * 2.64 = 1.98x
0.9 * 2.12 = 1.908x

but what's the uptime on the +30% cr buff? you'll have to take that into account as well
