to be fair, someone like xiangling without c4 isn't really comparable. But pulling even a single copy is risky. And it takes ~35 pulls on average. If you're pulling for multiple constellations, you likely won't get them and you'll get the 5★

Beating the seahorse with a good time kinda requires breaking the shield. Before the shoeld is broken, it has very high resistances. It takes damage from dendro/cryo/pyro. But it's tricky, not all chars will hit it well.

It's weird to compare a Hydro on-fielder with a Pyro off-fielder. Arguably she's a more useful character overall given her team flexibility and she's the only good off-field Pyro DPS, but that fact doesn't make her "stronger". Limited 5* characters in general tend to have a very high ceiling as well for those who get certain weapons and constellations

International is one of those teams where the sustained DPS isn't very good, however it's a very good speedrun team for dolphins since if you can clear stuff in 1 rotation it's great due to the amount of frontloaded damage

And it has good AoE
