Extracting genshin from a .rar seems pretty silly, especially since winrar will just bloat your drive with tempfiles beyond belief until you cant extract anymore and then stop

Just completely uninstall and reinstall the game

Also you cant naturally extract from your main drive to your second drive, as I'm guessing youve tried to do, the temp files are created on your main drive and then moved over, so if youve not had the space to begin with you cant do that anyways

Also tempfiles aren't deleted when the extraction progress stops for any reason so you have to manually delete them before trying anything again
