also assumes favonius on xingqiu

if you get c6 xingqiu then change the bonus non particle energy in his section from 20 to 32 (since his c6 provides roughly 12 bonus non particle energy)

raiden provides 20-25ish which is why right now he has 20 bonus non particle energy in his section

it also depends on enemies though. shields will prevent fav procs. enemies becoming untargetable like ASIMON can mess with energy generation

the seahorse in abyss right now can interrupt your rotation and leave you without bursts charged

in those situations I like to overbuild ER
