Venti is a support so there’s a lot of options when it comes to teams, just make sure the characters can hit enemies inside his burst. Like xiangling’s burst won’t be able to hit small enemies that get lifted by ventis burst. For now I’d focus on building venti, fischl, and a healer

I wouldn’t recommend pulling Raiden specifically for hyperbloom so just wait until you get Kuki. For now you can just use fischl and replace her later. Dori also kinda works for hyperbloom but it’s a bit cope and a waste if you just replace her with Kuki later, fischl is very versatile tho so it won’t be a waste to build her
