hp% is a good stat, but usually a bit weaker than crit.

Just aim for the highest amount of useful substats, quantity over quality. If it's close, that's where you'd actually use optimizer to compare them

The focus after that becomes what additional damage or utility they can contribute, particularly for abyss where you're on a timer.

Bennett gives a massive atk buff. Kuki triggers hyperbloom. Kokomi/Yaoyao help trigger bloom in nilou teams. Baizhu/Yaoyao apply dendro for aggravate..

Once you know the team, you can much more easily ask who's the best healer for it. But generally you want someone who offers more than healing
