Nilou's best teams have 2 hydro and 2 dendro. You should go with nilou nahida kokomi dmc/collei/yaoyao. kokomi goes 4pc gilded/4pc fopl and sac frags. Sac frags is very important since she cant get 100% jellyfish uptime without it
