one has a slightly bigger multiplier but the differences are more in what they work with

aggravate is electro damage, it benefits from having a VV user on the team and shredding electro resistance

spread is dendro damage, you can shred resistance with the deepwood set.

But after Alhaitham Nahida there isn't really a third dendro unit you can run to take advantage of the dendro res shred. One way is to run a hydro unit, since hyperbloom is also dendro dmg. You sacrifice some uptime on your quicken aura though, and it doesn't scale quite as well with ultra high investment

hmm, your anemo options aren't great for now.

Tighnari Fischl is a good core if you want a single target focused quickswap team.
Beidou works well with Fischl, but her focus is multi target and Tighnari's charge attacks don't give the best proc rate in my experience. Weaving in normal attacks can be awkward.

You can also run something like [dendro], Fischl, Beidou, Lisa. Normally you'd want an anemo unit, but it's hard to fit in unless it's sucrose.

Your hydro options are great, so hyperbloom one side, national on the other side are probably good teams to aim for. (Using dendro traveler for now, you'd want Nahida in the future.)
Once you get Kuki or Sucrose, you can play it more easily. (Mostly a question of time until one turns up.)

HB is a decent team for him as well btw, but you don't have Nahida

you could probably craft a HB team with DMC, making swirl setups easier on second rotation
