yeah, that’s because you have to focus on giving your characters decent artifacts. if you refer to the pinned section here you’ll find a spreadsheet with recommended builds. since you’re at floor 5 i would also recommend to not spend too much time focusing on the ‘best build’, but rather one that gets you good damage and what not

if i were you, i’d focus on getting 8 characters to level 60 in the least w artifacts as recommended from the spreadsheet. if you have good 4* weapons, don’t hesitate to use them! your characters currently just need a bit of leveling and tinkering which will get you the desired dmg

after you use skill and burst you're out of anemo application, though. Traveler is pretty much always an off-fielder

Fischl (once she unlocks her lvl70 ascension passive) needs an on-fielder who can trigger electro reactions

Sucrose works because she swirls a lot (with normal and charge attacks also), and swirls can trigger followup aggravates
