Diluc wants more power from leveling up normal and skill talents. Burst also helps but prio normal and skill. Use crimson witch.
Keqing wants normal and burst. Strongbox thundering furry set

all of them want an atk/dmg goblet/crit rate. focus on 1:2 crit ratio. level your characters then talents will follow.

about zhongli how does archiatric petra work on him my english isnt that good and its confusing

you must apply element on enemies first then either Q or E to do crystallize reaction then he has to pick it up

which is practically shit because it extends rotations time and you must do a lot of things to get it to procc, furthermore, some enemies can't be applied with the element you want so that will make petra quite useless, while you only have to E with tenacity then switch off zhongli for 20% atk + shield strength
