shimenawa takes some of your energy and increases the damage of normal and charge attacks, emblem increases your burst damage based on your ER. Ayaka wants 4pc blizzard strayer, kazuha wants 4pc viridescent, wanderer wants 4pc shimenawa/pavillion (pavilion is better but not as efficient to farm, if you have c2 wanderer you should really get 4pc pavilion tho), zhongli wants 4pc tenacity (or 4pc instructors/4pc archaic depending on the team), jean wants 4pc viridescent
