Venti sucks enemies to a spot that's some distance away, so I think melee chars might prefer kazuha's grouping for that reason alone

Venti lifts lighter enemies into the air, so many chars won't be able to hit them with their abilities.

Overall Kazuha feels more convenient. Often you'll have a mix of AoE chambers and single target, like in this abyss. Venti does little in single target.

Venti's sucking AoE is larger I believe. I heard Venti can group the hydro enemies in 12-1 second half, where Kazuha can't as easily

zhongli can replace one of them as he is more versatile, but since rifthound release meta has been shifting back away from shields towards healing again so he is only useful in some comps
