the $20 back you gives you extra rewards, but you can just purchase the $10 one and get the same rewards

depends on your alternatives, I'd guess. Aggravate can more easily do without Nahida than bloom teams

YaoYao YaeMiko Fischl Sucrose is a good aggravate team for example

not sure how it'll fare first half though, the hydro infused enemies will prevent you from triggering quicken

and idk how well Oz hits the crab's shield. He can be a good shield breaker, but if he doesn't hit it..
