no matter how poo your comptuer is, while it won't be the best experience, there is a trick to it, where you basically minimize the shit out of the game, then zoom in to play, for best performance's sake, I used that trick to run it, on a laptop that was like 300$ back in 2012.

I used it when I was using my old laptop temporarily to play genshin on it to lower the res as much as I can. now I don't use it at all, cuz my pc can handle me running genshin 5 times at high res with no issues though broderless fullscreen is cool.
