Mona Kazuha + 2 cryo units (not qiqi) would give you freeze

dendro + sucrose/kazuha + fischl + yae miko would give you aggravate

look at this level, circlets with main crit rate are nice, and elemental damage bonus goblets are nice, but if you can't get them you simply build atk% if the character scales with atk or build them with hp% if the character scales with hp%. that's what you can do for now, is be conscious of your character's scaling and utilizing them, this way you can build strong characters. or simply use elemental mastery scaling team builds, like hyperbloom (dendro hydro electro combo) if you have kuki shinobou(Most relevant hyperbloom character, you'd build her with a lot of elemental mastery if you use the hyperbloom team) which is huge at the start , it virutally kills everything that isn't immune to it.

The shimenawa emblem domain is probably one of the best in the game and a lot of hu tao’s damage comes from her charged attacks. The 4 piece bonus is also good for her reaction damage so if you aren’t willing to farm either of the domains to improve your hu tao we can’t really help you
