unless you don't want to level it and R4+ SacSword will still work its just low on his wanted weapon list. You would just have to balance his stats accordingly.

You also would probably want 4pc Gilded Dreams or 2pc GD/WT and 2pc Deepwood here for the extra EM or Dendro Damage Bonus

Start farming gilded for him, you can use 4pc gilded (4pc deepwood in some teams) or 2pc 2pc emblem/EM/deepwood. Give him iron string, sac is bad. For mainstats you want EM / Dendro / Crit. Also lvl 90 him and get his talents to at least 8/9/8. You just need to do a lot more farming for him

the shield, technically, can be damaged by physical damage as it has a damage value like hp on top with the usual elemental gauges

its just the value of that is so high its not practically possible so just use elements or poise for shields that work with those
