the other difference is you're using Average particle RNG, the reason I put Safe is because Raiden's E particle gen can vary a lot

50% chance to generate one particle on coordinated attack hit

so you can either get lucky, average, or cucked by particle rng

you can assume average if you want but I mentioned already I used safe assumptions to account the situations where you don't get average or lucky particle rng

sure you can always reset the abyss chamber if your particle rng is bad and you can't burst again

Xingqiu, Beidou, Xiangling can use it, to name a few

Xiangling is the best contender to "try out" your potential Raiden set as she can also use The Catch (assuming no better weap)
