If this is for floor 12, you'd want hydro first half. But rational would be a better second half team, first half wants hydro and grouping (Venti would be great, but with your chars I'm not sure what team)

You can actually find the tutorial page for it and it does tell you about the Hold ability too. But the damage on it is pathetic so you're better off just hitting E rhythmically rather than waiting for the counter

double dendro means you incorporate spread into your damage profile, triggering less hyperblooms

it kinda fits with Alhaitham Kuki because kuki effectively can't proc as many cores as Raiden anyways due to bloom ICD

between xingqiu and yelan they both do a fairly similar thing and have fairly similar personal damage assuming a c6 xingqiu and c0 yelan. yelan provides an on-field dmg buff for kokomi but it's not going to make a huge difference in your total team dps anyway. with either xingqiu or yelan you should have sufficient hydro application
