Hi there, hopefully this is the right place to ask... My sister has been unable to update Genshin on her computer and is therefore unable to access Fontaine stuff which is very unfortunate. It starts updating fine it just moves very slowly. After like 15-20mins of slow progress it abruptly fails and gives a "failed to unzip files, try again" error message. It's done this over and over since yesterday. She updated her computer, rebooted her computer multiple times, made sure the screen didn't time out while it updated, checked storage/disk space, and the only other thing she's running on the computer is a single tab in a browser... She may try uninstalling and reinstalling but is worried it may take forever to re-download since it seems to be so slow to do anything for some unknown reason. Does anyone have any other ideas?
