the first flower has 2 useful substats (crit dmg and EM)

from +0 to +20 you can gain another 5 useful substats, with a 50% chance each time. pretty unlikely to get 7

7 substats is usually my standard for an acceptable flower / plume

you can keep it for other characters, though. Decent off-piece for a hyperbloom trigger like kuki if it rolls all into EM.

Or for Nilou if it rolls into hp%/em
