personally I'd just farm vermillion, or the new set coming which gives crit rate. you could strongbox vermillion for xiao but the amount of time it could take to get a good 4pc set just from strongboxing.. it's not like the echoes pieces you get are useless, even if you don't want the 4pc, 2pc atk% can be used on several characters
