She doesn't need full em, you can do a crit/dmg focused build tho sometimes em mainstats on gob or even circlet will still be the best depending on your pieces, use Artifact Optimizer to see what's best

- worm = triangle fishes
- purple fly thingy = pufferfish, koi, and rays
- purple bal = ball fishes and marlins
at any fishing spot the game will tell you what baits you can use
it sounds like a lot but you'll memorize it soon enough
