for ppl who are attempting 36 for the first time requires quite a bit more effort of balancing everything out

first time trying 3.7 would just make you never touch abyss again

The weird artif boost happened again today and it was from +0 to +11 with just one +4 fodder
It's definitely some kind of feature to make artifact farming and leveling less of a pain because i didnt have any other piece as fodder that was less than +20 and if i happened to accidentally use a +20 one the +0 piece would've gone from +0 to +18/19 maximum so thats not the case

Yanfei is a pyro damage dealer like Xiangling but she's used on-field and has worse damage then xiangling
Faruzan is a buffer for anemo damage dealers (mainly wanderer and xiao), and you have neither

hydro is also the best element for breaking a pyro shield

depleting the shield gauge by 2x the amount of hydro you apply

also keep an eye out for Xingqiu, if you happen to get him

chars with high hydro application are also good to complement your pyro chars, letting them consistently trigger vaporize

when you get bennett next patch (he's gonna be free from an event), raiden, bennett, xiangling, xingqiu is good. for now you could use something like raiden, fischl, sucrose, yaoyao for aggravate. you could also do a eula + raiden team like eula, raiden, rosaria, defensive flex (could be bennett next patch, just barbara/diona ig for now - layla from the event would be better than barbara).
for hu tao you wanna play her in a vaporise team, you could do hu tao, xingqiu, sucrose, pyro or hu tao, xingqiu, layla (you can get her from the event now), rosaria/kaeya for an easier to play team but has lower damage

issue is you don't really want to be spending time on-field with a shielder noelle because that's time not doing something which contributes to damage. in overworld and stuff it doesn't matter but when you start to do abyss content then your biggest enemy is the abyss timer and you need to try and maximise your damage output

and you have a multiplier of 50%

you're going to add 50% of 40 to your base atk

50% = .5

.5 * 40 = 20

total atk = 60 = 1.5 * 40
