Yes, you get Benny for free next patch so that problem is solved.
You can also buy Xingqiu from Starglitter shop next month so problem is also solved.

For healing, HP, but for damage I heard they are pretty interchangeable BUT you can roll HP% subs on Hydro damage, and you can't roll Hydro damage subs so in minmax Hydro damage wins out on damage for sure
