Probably because i checked the inventory and saw some potions but the weird part is ive been using resin on artifacts this whole patch and today i bought resin on the teapot and not one single exp potion

And when i buy exp potions i use them within 5 seconds lol

I guess hoyo was generous and gifted players some exp potions out of nowhere

you can strongbox Bloodstained, so the odds of having better 2p2p is higher, that's about it

Yelan is probably the strongest upcoming 5★ in a vacuum.

zhongli can support some off-fielders that get easily interrupted.

Kokomi can be used in freeze or Nilou bloom.
Idk how she performs in raiden hyperbloom, it might be better to use something like Nahida Kuki Xq Alhaitham if you want a healer.
