Xingqiu and Yaoyao are good 4-stars to build in general

your team is not too bad, but I'd recommend using xingqiu since he's a really good unit. yanfei xingqiu kaeya layla/barbara can work. you can build diluc in place of yanfei if you want, but for the time being you should be fine

dont use qiqi she adds nothing to the team. Youd be better off just doing hyperbloom instead of thoma burgeon. Your keqing build needs a lot of work, goblet and feather are quite bad. Xingqiu build is also pretty bad, needs a lot more crit stats, aim for a 60:120 ratio. Nahida should be built crit in hyperbloom/burgeon teams, give her sac frags also. Kazuha looks good but needs like 10 more crit rate to be consistent. fischl also just needs more crit stats, 60:120 is a good starting point
