As a general overworld team, I'd recommend Sayu Xq Kaeya Layla. Just because of how convenient Sayu is for getting to places.

I don't actually use Sayu in combat, though. Mine's still lvl 62 despite being on my team near 100% of the time.

For exploration you'll want to switch teams depending on what puzzles the game throws at you though. (archery / torches / etc)

I think the issue isn't the dmg per hyperbloom, that's the same for every electro (assuming you build them for EM)

question would be how consistently she procs the cores, and how much she runs into hyperbloom ICD (hitting the same enemy more than 2x within 0.5s)
