I've seen mixed answers online, and want to be careful before I decide whether or not to invest in the former since it would cost a lot of resources. For context, my Lost Prayer is R1 and Lv90. My Skyward Atlas is Lv1 but R2.

I do have a use for this circlet, optimizer told me to use it lmao

raiden's skill procs faster than Kuki's (every 0.9s), so running double hydro gets you more hyperblooms

kuki's is slower, every 1.5s. So the Alhaitham variant is appealing. Hyperbloom has ICD, it can't damage the same enemy more than twice every 0.5s. With Kuki's proc rate, that means 2 blooms per enemy every 1.5s is her limit. Alh quickbloom triggers some spread instead of making more blooms.
