it depends on how much crit dmg the ayaka already has, crit and atk both boost damage the best when balanced out

Context:

I have a guaranteed 5 star pull in a few more 10 pulls and I want to get a guaranteed 5star starting from the phase 2 of 3.8 onwards. So either I pull for Kokomi or Scara. However there are rumors that there might be a rerun of some powerful characters when 4.0 arrives. So should I spend the guaranteed pull on 3.8-2 or wait for 4.0?

And this in context of my current roster below that will count in my choices to pull: Kokomi for lack of Hydro/XQ, Scara for lack of Anemo, and whatever 4.0 puts out. So what is best?

If you are not SURE you want Kokomi or Scaramouche, it would be better to keep your primos

@sick quarry But besides this, Scaramouche will not help your "lack of anemo", Scara is a carry who just happens to be anemo element, he doesn't use Viridescent Venerer well and has no grouping etc.

Heizou is much better as a general anemo character

Kokomi is also not a must for your lack of hydro, especially at the point in the game where you are and optimization is not that important, Barbara will do just fine

which brings me to my second question: which should i buy first if ever they appear in shop: bennett or xq?

You need to get both but Xinqiu is a bit better imo

My advice overall is DO NOT pull for Kokomi or Scara because you think you are lacking their elements; pull them if you WANT them cuz of their characterization, design etc., neither of them is a MUST pull or anything

If you want to pull characters just because of how strong they are, you should look for Kazuha, Nahida and Yelan tbh

Yeah I think atm Bennett is a bit better because he is more comfortable in overworld and they have Diluc and Xiangling

But that is true XQ constellations are a lot more impactful

a usual team would just be something like yoimiya, zhongli, xingqiu/yelan, bennett/yun jin/xingqiu/yelan
