Either are fine really, 4pc instructors Kuki is pretty good here, and you can use a support weapon. Building her EM/Electro/Crit with a damage set is also fine but higher investment

Try to get her 100% crit rate with weapon/artifacts and noblesse if you wanna buff your Eula's crit rate the most, or you can use fav lance and a bit less crit rate for more energy

Usually fav with triple def% main-stats and build some crit rate, ER and def% in subs

Might need to use an ER sands depending on your artifacts though
