second half you need to be able to break shields. Alhaitham, Bennett, Xingqiu, Xiangling. You can consider activating c6 on Bennett if you're not interested in physical dps, it'll help with shieldbreaking and is generally not a bad constellation. (it's something you can't undo, but is currently more positive than negative)

bennett only scales with base atk, so the smaller 596 in your build card / ingame stats. That comes from his weapon and a little bit from his own level. Artifacts don't help with that at all. You'll want to use a high base atk weapon like sapwood blade (f2p) ot aquila favonia / mistsplitter / skyward blade. For artifacts, just give him ER, hp%, healing bonus.
