What I mean to say is... you can only claim one Stella Fortuna for a given character. Past cycles are taken into account too, so you can't spam the same character's Stella Fortuna on subsequent cycles.

But maybe you can select that character's Stella Fortuna again when the four cycles are over and a new string starts

Long story short, you can only reclaim it once per character, per cycle.
