Genshin has just a lot bigger maps then honkai 3rd and they have to think about action combat interaction how models look from every angle,how element's interact, starrail has the benefit of it's combat being rendered in the exact same angle each time so they don't need to worry about how things look from different Angeles, cutting a lot of work
