I was looking for a chart and didn't find anything, so instead I asked well, the keqing main discord for answers and this is what I got :

The best electro driver for fischl in an aggravate team is yae on paper, but she's difficult to set and sht.

Keqing isn't far behind, but becomes easier to set for a little less dmg and more convenience+ult and electro appliance with 4p tf being alot comparable to a perfect yae rotation

Cyno is on par with keqing and for the sake of convenience can be comparable to both keqing and yae, but on paper he loses to both

Raiden loses to all of them because she applies electro was less and doesn't proc fischl a4 as good as the other 3, furthermore her slow atks usually make the overall team lose some dmg, and if you hyper invest on her, it isn't really aggravate anymore, but more of a hypercarry raiden (for example c2) and there, it isn't the aggravate dmg/a4 fischl procs but raiden's personal dmg carrying

Again, I didn't find a chart comparing them so, no need to take my word for granted, if u find anything that proves the contrary, I'll gladly check it !

Answering that question too, sara used to be a great replacement for fischl in aggravate comps pre current sets because she has a lot of personal dmg and buffs and could be more useful in Aoe situations, fischl lost to a well built sara in multi target (not by a lot) but sara loses by quite a lot in single target situation, so at the end of the day, fischl was more versatile even if she lost in a single situation (not by a lot) and with the new sets and sht, fischl is just WAY better, she gained a ALOT of personal dmg that compensates what she had less in Aoe situations

All her talents are important, you should get them all upgraded, every talent u upgrade means more dmg from her, 9/9/9 if u don't intend to crown her.

Artifact set ; by a mile, her best in slot is Thundering fury (YES, FK THE TS USERS, WAS FUN TO HUMILIATE US TF USERS HUH?)

You can also use 2p thundering fury 2p glad (or 2p something with atk% as 2p) while farming for 4p

Keqing needs some Em but not a lot, and she prefers an atk sands and needs cr and cdmg

My team is either Keqing kazuha yaoyao fischl (for comfort and healing)

Or keqing kazuha nahida fischl (if I wanna make a lot of dmg and a perfect run without getting hit), overall the first team is better if you're had at dodging, and if you're using nahida, don't really need to get that much Em (or tbh any Em) on keqing, Er is useless on her, get 0 Er.
