ok so i did a lot of testing and this hat is actually worse for my ei and for my yelan if i were to use it, i did some calcs and my current setups are still better, which shows just how important having good substats are despite having a godly cr roll

i did 2 tests with ei, well 3, and this hat would beat my current hat if i only included benny q but if we include the electro dmg bonus change cause of lower er my current hat is still better

this is why you shouldnt just be like "oh this is a godly hat cause it has a lot of cr" when the other 3 substats are fucking useless

when i tried testing it with yelan i lose 2k hp for more cd and lower cr, it just wasnt worth it
