Yeah I’d say freedom is better than c1. Alternatively you could use or save the left over wishes after kaz for a future banner, since with the pulls you have there’s no guarantee of getting a 5* from the weapons banner, let alone freedom. Also pity doesn’t roll over on weapons banners, which is why I’d caution you from pulling there. Generally it’s an all in when pulling in weapons lol

But C1 fixes any ER issues he'd have, thus making him much easier to build. It also increases his passive uptime and adds a decent chunk of dmg.
