Yes, and I completely understand. The thing is, my reservations for this piece are based on the following :

1. Primary Swirl characters (Venti, Sucrose, Kazuha) would not be ideally suited for this piece since it has crit substats along with HP & HP%.
2. The characters using the 2pc would be able to equip this decently, hence I said this is a decent piece.
3. Quite a number of characters now have 4pc sets preferably on them, and as getting goblets of the same set is a bit harder, the value of this piece goes down for me.
   Once again, this piece, in my humble opinion, is a decent off-set piece.
