Yeah that sounds about right and is fair.

I just threw this on her for double hydro with Tao but I moved XQ back to Emblem so I could give her NO4 again soon.

The pops can be considerable-ish thanks to Yelan's dmg boost but they're still not really anything of note. I mainly use her for her C4. Puts Tao at ~85% CR for her E.
