I got Yelan only 23 pulls after i got Xiao in patch 2.7, my Xiao already lvl 90 and Yelan is 50, got her just 2 days ago.......i don't know if its flex per se, i was really happy with my luck but not with the circumstance and it all happened by accident since i was building pity and had no intention of actually getting her. This was the only time a qiqi would've made me happy since then i would have a guarantee, Unluckily lucky.........T-T.....

Just a note for folks making Yelan cards. If you want to actually be honest about her stats you need to put her in a party by herself (or have her out of the party when you make the card).

Indeed is insanely hot, AIO can barely keep it cool on full load. Had to tune some PBO settings for it to reach 84°C full load with 2-3% less performance

It was as well for me, I had the 3800X previously and I had an air cooler before which barely went over 75°C
