Yeah the way she works is actually really cool. Her dmg buff is based on her total atk (including any and all buffs). So the higher your atk, the bigger the dmg buff the rest of your team gets for Cryo as well.

Her and Yunjin both work on a slightly different system than any other supports in the game so far.

Heals ~6k per teammate, per burst. She has 215% ER so it's always up. Mine is C4 so she also gives another 15% Rate on top of her typical buff.
